(4) On comfort sea t equipped vehicles, operate the
front release lever. (Fig. 5)
(5) Slide seat cushion forward and lift off the
mounting points.
(6) Disconn ect th e electr ical connector s, if
equ ipped .
INSTALLATION
(1) Connect sea t cush ion elect rical connect ors, if
equ ipped .
(2) Pla ce seat cushion onto mount ing point s.
(3) On comfort seat equipped veh icles, slide seat
cushion to the rear u ntil t he ar resting mech anism
lat ches audibly.
(4) On st andar d cushion equipped vehicles, in st all
the fr ont two screws.
(5) Connect batt ery n egat ive cable.
SEAT ADJ U ST ERS - FRON T
REMOVAL
(1) Remove the seat. (Refer to 23 - BODY/SEATS/
SE AT - F RONT - REMOVAL)
(2) Remove the seat ba ck. (Refer t o 23 - BODY/
SE ATS/SEAT BACK - FRONT - RE MOVAL)
(3) Remove the seat cu sh ion. (Refer to 23 - BODY/
SE ATS/SEAT CUSHION - FRONT - REMOVAL)
(4) Remove the four bolts atta ching adjust to seat
track.
INSTALLATION
(1) In st all th e adjuster onto the seat tr ack a nd
insta ll the bolts.
(2) In st all th e seat back. (Refer to 23 - BODY/
SE ATS/SEAT BACK - FRONT - INSTALLATION)
(3) In st all th e seat cushion. (Refer to 23 - BODY/
SE ATS/SEAT CUSHION - FRONT - INSTALLA-
TION )
(4) In st all the seat. (Refer to 23 - BODY/SEATS/
SE AT - F RONT - INSTALLATION)
SEAT - REAR
REMOVAL
(1) Turn a ll relea se levers on the legs of the a ppro-
pr iate rear seat up. (Fig. 6) a nd (Fig. 7)
(2) Lift seat up and out of the seat m ounting
cups.
