REMOVAL
(1) Disconn ect the n egat ive battery cable.
(2) Remove the turboch arger hea t shield.
(3) Disconn ect the CCV heat er wirin g ha rness con-
nector.
(4) Usin g a sligh t twisting mot ion, separ ate the
CCV brea ther t ube from the heater.
(5) Sepa rat e the CCV heater from the tu rbo-
charger air inlet duct.
INSTALLATION
(1) Clean all mat ing surfaces.
(2) In sert the CCV heater into the t urboch arger
inlet hose aligning the arrow on th e hea ter with the
tab on the h ose (Fig. 1).
(3) Connect and proper ly seat t he CCV brea ther
hose on the CCV heater (Fig. 1).
