REMOVAL
NOTE: Observe the installation position of the
brake control cable lock, for a reference on instal-
lation.
(1) Open the brake con trol cable lock (Fig. 28).
(2) Press out th e safety bolt an d r emove t he bra ke
control cable lock (Fig. 28).
INSTALLATION
(1) Push the brake control ca ble lock onto the
brake ca ble (Fig. 28).
(2) In sert the safet y bolt a nd sna p shut the bra ke
control cable lock. Ob s e rv e t h e i n s t a ll a ti o n p o s i -
tion of the brake control cable lock (Fig. 28).

REMOVAL - FRONT
(1) Raise and support the vehicle.
(2) Disconn ect th e front park brake cable from the
pulley un it.
(3) Remove the front par k bra ke cable from the
hand br ake lever (Fig. 29).
