VSF Announce 2
Repeat Timer
The 2nd announcement can be repeated to callers that remain in
the queue at Announcement 2 Repeat Timer intervals. Note VSF
Announce 2 Repeat below must be “ON.”
After the 2nd announcement, if the call remains queued to the
group, the 2nd VSF announcement can be repeated at the
Announce 2 Repeat Timer interval, defined above.
A call to the group will continue to route through the group until
answered or all group members have been tried. The call will
remain at the last station or route to the assigned overflow
destination. If VSF Announcement is selected, Auto Drop can be
checked. STA/NET or Station Group, VSF Announcement,
Auto Drop, System SPD
A call to the group will remain at the last station in the group or
can be sent to the assigned Overflow Destination after the
expiration of the Overflow Timer.
After terminating a group call, a Group member will be
maintained in a busy state for the duration of the Wrap-Up timer.
Sometimes, a special wrap-up duration is required for an agent
to allow the agent to do follow-up actions after hold or park a call
connected. The basic wrap-up duration is not enough to care for
an agent to allow some more extended intervals before receiving
a new incoming ring.
Following rings are protected for the agent in wrap-up
duration.
- New incoming Station Group call
- Queued call or indication ring
- New incoming normal internal or external call
Following rings are not protected by the wrap-up duration.
- Directly transferred a call to the agent
- Recalling ring
In every 1 count (3 seconds), the system checks the status of a
held/parked Station Group call.
If none of held/parked Station Group call remained, then the
system clears the wrap-up status for the agent automatically.
If any of held/parked Station Group call remained, then the
system continues the wrap-up status during the next 1 count(3
seconds) till the max count of this input.
Calls to a station in the group are directed to the station, if
unavailable or unanswered in the No Answer Timer. The call can
be routed based on the assigned hunt process.
A circular/terminal Station group can be set so that only calls to
the pilot number (station group number) will hunt.
