Table 4.4.6.3-3 RING GROUP ATTRIBUTES
Sometimes, a special wrap-up duration is required for an agent
to allow the agent to do follow-up actions after hold or park a call
connected. The basic wrap-up duration is not enough to care for
an agent to allow some more extended intervals before receiving
a new incoming ring. Following rings are protected for the agent
in wrap-up duration.
New incoming Station Group call
Queued call or indication ring
New incoming normal internal or external call
Following rings are not protected by the wrap-up duration.
Directly transferred the call to the agent
Recalling ring
In every 1 count (3 seconds), the system checks the status of a
held/parked Station Group call.
If none of held/parked Station Group call remained, then the
system clears the wrap-up status for the agent automatically.
If any of held/parked Station Group call remained, then the
system continues the wrap-up status during the next 1 count(3
seconds) till the max count of this input.

A Music source can be assigned so that calls to the group will
receive audio from the assigned source in place of ring-back
tone.

Call Counter
When the number of calls queued to the group match this
parameter, new calls will receive an error tone and be
disconnected after the VSF AA announcement, if assigned, is
played.
A member activating Call Forward may be placed in an
unavailable state for Station group calls (ON). When OFF, group
calls are sent to the member as normal.
OFF: no FWD, ON: FWD
A group name can be designated.
Mailbox Message
Wait Station
When a call overflows or routes to the VM group, a station
number is used to identify the Mailbox for the group messages.
The password associated with the group Mailbox is defined here.
The password is used in conjunction with the group Mailbox as
with a normal station.
