monitors join and Forced Disconnect.

(0-3) : FLASH TRANSFER
SLT Flash works as followingoption.
 0: Flash Transfer– Flashdetected, the
line is held and the line goes to the
waiting state.
 1: Flash Drop - Flash detected, and Line
is disconnected.
 2: Flash Ignore– Flashdetected, but
Ignored.
 3: Hold Release– Flashdetected, then
the line is held, and the line goes to
waiting state. And the SLT user goes
on-hook, then the held line is
disconnected, not recalling.
