Key Repeat Initial Delay
When a key is touched repeatedly, this is the delay before the key begins repeating. The delay ranges from 0.25
seconds to 5 seconds. The default is 1 second. Values are given in increments of 0.25 seconds.
To change this setting:
1. Touch Key Repeat Initial Delay from the Configuration Menu.
2. Touch to increase the value or to decrease the value.
3. Touch Submit to save the change.
4. Touch Back to cancel and return to the Configuration Menu.
Key Repeat Rate
This is the number of times per second that a repeating key will repeat. The range is 1–100, with a default of 15
times per second.
To change this setting:
1. Touch Key Repeat Initial Delay from the Configuration Menu.
2. Touch to increase the value or to decrease the value.
3. Touch Submit to save the change.
4. Touch Back to cancel and return to the Configuration Menu.
Booklet Adjustments
The Booklet Adjustments menu is available if a booklet finisher is installed. You can select folding overlap and
skew adjustments from this menu when printing booklets.
To adjust the folding overlap setting:
1. Touch Booklet Adjustments from the Configuration Menu.
2. Select the size of paper from the list.
3. Select the total number of sheets from the list.
4. Touch Adjust for folding overlap.
5. Select top or bottom overlap based on the printed output.
6. Touch to increase the value or to decrease the value.
7. Touch Back to cancel and return to the Configuration Menu.
8. Touch Submit to save the change.
To adjust the skew setting:
1. Touch Booklet Adjustments from the Configuration Menu.
2. Select the size of paper from the list.
3. Select the total number of sheets from the list.
4. Touch Adjust for skew during booklet making.
5. Select top or bottom overlap based on the printed output.
6. Touch to increase the value or to decrease the value.
7. Touch Back to cancel and return to the Configuration Menu.
8. Touch Submit to save the change.
