3.6.1 Position control mode

Adjust the logic of a positioning module and command pulse as follows.

Note.
For MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC SYSTEM & SERVICE CO., LTD MELSEC iQ-R series,
MELSEC-Q series and MELSEC-L series, the logic means N-side waveform. Therefore,
reverse the input pulse logic of the driver.
