17.Positioning mode (pushing operation)
17.4 Signal (device) explanations
For devices not described in this section, Refer to section 2.3.
The pin numbers in the connector pin number column are for the initial state. For the I / O interface
(symbol in the I / O division column in the table), see section 3.9.2.
The Control mode symbols in the table indicate the following:
CP: Positioning mode (Point table method) Positioning operation / Pushing operation
CL: Positioning mode (program method)
PS: Positioning mode (Equal division indexing method)
and in the table indicate the following.

(a) Input device
When EM2 is turned off (open between commons), the servo motor is
decelerated and stopped by a command. The forced stop state can be released
by turning EM2 on (short between commons) from the forced stop state.
If EM2 is turned off during the pushing operation of the positioning mode point
table method, the pushing operation will be interrupted and stopped.
The settings for [Pr.PA04] are shown below.
MBR
(Electromagnetic
brake interlock) turns
off without
performing forced
stop deceleration.
MBR

MBR
(Electromagnetic

deceleration.
MBR
(Electromagnetic
brake interlock) turns

deceleration.
EM2 and EM1 are exclusive functions.
When using EM1, set [Pr. PA04] to "0 _ _ _" to enable use.
When EM1 is turned off (open between the commons), the base is shut off and
the dynamic brake operates to decelerate and stop the servomotor.
The forced stop state can be released by turning EM1 on (short between
commons) from the forced stop state.
If EM1 is turned off during the pushing operation of the positioning table point
table method, the pushing operation will be interrupted and stopped.
When SON is turned on, the power is turned on to the base circuit, and it is ready
for operation. (Servo ON state)
When turned off, the base is shut off and the servo motor enters the free-run
state.
If [Pr. PD01] is set to "_ _ _ 4", it can be internally turned on automatically (always
on).
Positioning mode If SON is turned off during the pushing operation of the point
table method, the pushing operation is interrupted and stopped.
