Jump if Zero Address
Description
If the contents of A[a] are equal to zero then add the value specified by disp15, sign-extended and multiplied by
2, to the contents of PC and jump to that address.
JZ.AA[a], disp15 (BRR)
if (A[a] == 0) then PC = PC + sign_ext(disp15) * 2;
