Bit Logical XOR
Description
Compute the logical XOR of bit pos1 of data register D[a] and bit pos2 of data register D[b]. Put the result in the
least-significant bit of data register D[c] and clear the remaining bits of D[c] to zero.
XOR.TD[c], D[a], pos1, D[b], pos2 (BIT)
result = D[a][pos1] XOR D[b][pos2];
D[c] = zero_ext(result);
