used as a secondary UDP port.
 2nd IP: PGM210-SIP Multi-home 2nd IP is used as
secondary IP. Multi-home 2nd IP UDP Port, Multi-home 2nd
IP TCP Portland Multi-home 2nd IP TLS Port are used with
secondary IP.
 EXT UDP Port+2nd IP: Multi-home Ext UDP Port and Multi-
home 2nd IP is used.
