Time To Answer (TTA response time)
In the case of calls transferred internally the call time is logged with the transferred
user. The amount of time from the start of the ringing phase to the answering of a direct
call is entered here (in seconds).
In the case of unanswered calls the ringing time is logged. Rejected calls are given
TTA = 0.
Sequence number
Transferred calls have the same sequence number but separate serial numbers. Each
incoming call is allocated a sequence number. However, since not all calls are neces-
sarily logged (logging may be deactivated individually per network interface or call dis-
tribution element), the numbering is not necessarily continuous.
Serial number
The serial number is incremented by 1 each time an incoming or outgoing call is
logged.
After initialization the serial number is reset to the value 0.
The serial number is not reset after a normal start.
The serial number cannot be set manually.
