1. Select [File Name].
2. Enter the name of the document to be sent, and then press [OK].
Forward matching is used when searching for a file name.
3. Select the file to be sent.
Displaying a preview
Display a preview of stored documents.
1. Select the document you want to send.
Press the Thumbnails key to switch the screen to thumbnail display.
2. Press [Preview].
