1. First, establish an account with a service representative of the cellular network provider. You will
need the following settings in order to activate your modem. Note that not all of these parameters
are required by all network providers:
Activation code, also known as a "subsidy lock".
Phone Number, or MDN (Mobile Directory Number).
MIN (Mobile Identification Number), often the same as the Phone Number.
System ID, or Home System ID.
Network ID
2. After specifying the parameters above in the Manual Activation form, click the Perform button on
the Trigger Action form.
Reset Modem
The modem can be reset using the Reset Modem Trigger Action form. The path to the CDMA Reset
Modem Trigger Action form is interface/modem/lm6 / 1/cdma/resetmodem.
