The tcrules menu allows you to add, edit or remove a traffic classification rule. Add a new rule by
selecting <Add tcrules>. Remove a tcrule by selecting next to a tcrule and click on an existing tcrule
to modify it. Reorder rules by clicking next to the rule submenus.
