F01000 Internal software error
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: POWER ON
Cause: An internal software error has occurred.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Remedy: - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- upgrade firmware to later version.
- contact the Hotline.
- replace the Control Unit.
F01001 Floating point exception
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: POWER ON
Cause: A floating point exception has occurred.
The error can be caused by the basic system, DCC, FBLOCKS or OA_applications.
Additional debug information can be found in p9999:
Index 0: Alarm number
Index 1: Program counter at the time the exception occurred
Index 2: Cause of floating point exception:
To be treated as a hexadecimal:
0x1 - Invalid operation
0x2 - Divide by zero
0x4 - Overflow
0x8 - Underflow
0x10 - Inexact result
Remedy: - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- check configuration and signals of the free function blocks.
- check configuration and signals of the DCC charts.
- upgrade firmware to later version.
- contact the Hotline.
F01002 Internal software error
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: An internal software error has occurred.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Remedy: - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- upgrade firmware to later version.
- contact the Hotline.
