Do not use a steel brush for cleaning to prevent any damage.

Clean the brush holder and the brush rip
with a soft brush.

Measure the length of both carbon
brushes with a caliber gauge.
Refer to Fig. 24 - 40.
minimum length 7 mm
If the brush length is less than 7 mm,
replace the Brush Holder ASSY.
