05-10-00 Component Time Limits and Maintenance Requirements
Component time limits and maintenance requirements must be followed to keep the engine into
airworthy and good technical condition.
Components not explicitly listed in this section have the same Time before Overhaul as the engine.
Refer to Section 05-10-00 Paragraph 3.
To make sure that components replacement or maintenance is done at the correct time, record the
data that follows in the Engine Maintenance Log for each component with a component Time Limit
or maintenance checks:
- Serial Number
- Flight hours and date at installation
- Flight hours and date removal.
When components are moved from one engine to another engine, make sure that the Time
before Overhaul of that component is not exceeded.
