Install the glow plugs.

Install the injectors.

Install the fuel rail.

Install the high pressure pump (HPP).

Install the intake air manifold.
Make sure all sensors are
installed.

Install the exhaust manifold.
Make sure turbocharger is
installed.

Install the gasket on the turbocharger oil return
line.

Install the turbocharger oil return line.

Install the sealing ring on the turbocharger oil
supply line.

Install the turbocharger oil supply line.

Connect all sensors.

Fill the engine with coolant and bleed the cooling

Do an engine ground run.

Make sure you perform the power analysis in the same conditions as the
power analysis before the cylinder head replacement.

Complete a power analysis:
 Start cold engine, adjust the temperatures to correct operation conditions
(50°C Engine Oil Temp, 60°C Coolant Temp, 35°C Gearbox Oil Temp)
 Start Recording with attached LiveView-Config
 Complete the Self-Test
