(e) Install the chain gear

Fix the camshafts in position.
Use Tool AE300T-009.
(2)
Install the chain on the chain gear.
Align the timing chain gear until it
engages on the installed pin on
the camshaft.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 119.

Tighten the 3 screws on the chain gear.
Torque 18 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 119.
For Cylinder Head Version 2 (Refer to Section 85-30-00 Paragraph 4 for
description), tighten the chain gear with Nord-Lock washers and screws with a
torque of 20 Nm. Refer to Fig. 85 - 120.

Remove the camshaft locking tool.
Tool number AE300T-009.

Move the chain guide until you can hit the guide
fastening pin into the cylinder head.
Hit the bolt until you hear a full
metal sound.
