6. Return Parts Shipping Instructions
If it is necessary to return parts to Austro Engine GmbH, obey the following instructions:
Detail Steps/Work Items
Key Items/References
(1)
Clean the part, especially the oil
contaminated parts (e.g. Governor).
(2)
Tag the part with an unserviceable tag and
complete all necessary information.
(3)
Put the part in an appropriate box together
with shock absorbing material (e.g. bubble
foil, foam etc.)
(4)
Prepare the box for shipment.
(5)
If it is necessary to send back the whole
engine, make sure you use the appropriate
box.
