Assemble the brush holder with screws
R1; R2 and R3.
Refer to Fig. 24 - 20.
Use fastening torque 4 Nm +/-0.5.
(2)
Push down the brush cover to its end
position.
The brushes are released only if the cover
reaches the end position.
Refer to Fig. 24 - 18 - Wrong installation and
Fig. 24 - 19 - Correct installation.

Put the black plastic alternator cover on
the alternator backside.
(4)
Screw down the hexagonal screws G and
G2.
Refer to Fig. 24 - 21.
Use fastening torque 4 Nm +/-0.5.
