Remove the V-Ribbed belt.
Refer to Paragraph 1.A.

Remove the screws from the roller.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 136.

Remove the roller.
B. Install the Belt Tensioner – Roller

Install a new roller.
When using Loctite, make sure that the thread is free of grease.
Apply a thin film of Loctite.
(2)
Tighten the screws on the idler pulleys.
Torque 25 Nm.
Apply Loctite 243.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 136.
(3)
Tighten the screw on the tensioner pulley.
Torque 67 Nm.
Apply Loctite 243.
