8. Turbocharger Oil Supply Line
A. Remove the Turbocharger Oil Supply Line

(1)
Remove the lock-wire from the banjo bolt at the
turbocharger.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 19.
(2)
Remove the banjo bolt at the turbocharger.
(3)
Remove the screw with the clamp that attaches
the cylinder cover.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 18.
(4)
Remove the screw at the cylinder head.
(5)
Disconnect the oil turbocharger oil supply line.
B. Install the Turbocharger Oil Supply Line

Install the new O-Ring.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 20.
(2)
Lubricate the new O-Ring with engine oil.
(3)
Install the new sealing rings at the banjo bolt at
the turbocharger.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 20.
(4)
Connect the new turbocharger oil supply line.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 18.
(5)
Tighten the screw at the cylinder head.
Torque 12 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 18.
(6)
Tighten the banjo bolt at the turbocharger.
Torque 35 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 79 - 19.
(7)
Tighten the screw with the clamp at the cylinder
cover.
Torque 12 Nm.
(8)
Clean the working area.
(9)
Do an engine ground run.
Refer to Section 71-00-01.
(10)
Examine the oil system for leakage.
(11)
After cooling down the engine, tighten the
turbocharger oil supply line banjo bolt at the
turbocharger again.
Torque 35 Nm.
(12)
Secure the banjo bolt at the turbocharger with
lock-wire.
