(j) Install the cylinder head cover

Install the inner and the outer seal into the
cylinder head cover.
Use only new seals.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 130.
Before the cylinder head cover installation, apply engine oil on the screws.
(2)
Tighten the 16 screws [02] and the 7 screws [03]
on the cylinder head cover.
Torque 12 Nm.
Obey the tightening sequence
begin with 01. Refer to Fig. 85 -
131.

Install the camshaft position sensor CAS 1.
Refer to Section 76-10-00
Paragraph 5.B.
For the Cylinder Head Version 2 (Refer to Section 85-30-00 Paragraph 4 for
description), close the opening on the cylinder head cover (with O-ring).
Apply Loctite 243 on the screw and tighten with a torque of 10 Nm. Refer to
Fig. 85 - 132.
