Tighten the screw [06] on the oil filter
housing and attach the clamp [09].
Torque 10 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 7.

Tighten the screw on the cylinder head cover
and attach the clamp [12].
Torque 12 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 8.
Air intake manifold
(3)
Attach the glow plug 4 wire to the intake air
manifold sub-backbone with clamp [03].
Torque 12 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 9 and Fig. 71 - 10.

Tighten the screw [07] on the engine block
and attach the clamp [11].
Torque 12 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 12.

Attach the clamp [11] on the belt holder.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 16.

Tighten the screw (Pos. 02) and attach the
clamp [05].
Torque 6 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 71 - 18.

Tighten the screw on the oil level sensor and
attach the clamp [04].
Refer to Fig. 71 - 19.

Tighten the screw [02] on the gearbox and
attach the clamp [04].
Torque 6 Nm.

Attach the clamp [05] on the oil filter
housing.
The clamp-bow points to the engine
block.

The BPA wire must not touch the turbocharger housing!

Attach the BPA cable with a cable strap.
Make sure there is sufficient clearance
between cable and turbocharger case.

attachment.
