Governor Interface:
This EECU is able to operate the electric motor which changes the governor-set point.
According to power lever position the EECU controls the related propeller speed.
As long as the actual propeller speed is different to the predefined propeller set point curve, the EECU
provides a signal to drive the electric motor which is part of the governor.
The necessary engine speed for low power is only reachable in flight.
