Thermostat Opening Temperature:
Small Cooling Circuit without Radiator:
80 °C – 95 °C (176 °F – 203°F)
To prevent the system from too much coolant flowing through the vent line, an orifice is installed with
an inner diameter of 2 mm (0.079 in) within the line between expansion tank and radiator. If the line
is small enough, no orifices are necessary.
