Clean the sealing surface of the cylinder head, if
the cylinder head is installed again.
Do not damage the cylinder head gasket.

Put a new cylinder head gasket in position on the
crankcase.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 110.

Make sure you see the installation bushes on the
crankcase.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 112.
(6)
Put the cylinder head assembly in position on the
crankcase.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 110.
(7)
Tighten the 10 screws [01] on the cylinder head
from inside out.
Use only new screws.
Torques:
Phase 1: 10 Nm
Phase 2: 80 Nm
Refer to Fig. 85 - 113.
(8)
Tighten the 3 screws [02] and the screw [03] on
the cylinder head.
Torque 20 Nm.
Phase 3: 90°
Phase 4: 90°
Refer to Fig. 85 - 113.

Do a check of the screws [02] and the screw [03]
tightening torque.
The torque must be 20 Nm.
