Use the clear ip dhcp snooping statistics command to clear all DHCP
Snooping statistics.

clear ip dhcp snooping statistics

ip dhcp snooping
Use the ip dhcp snooping command to enable DHCP snooping globally, or
on a range of VLANs. Use the “no” form of this command to disable DHCP
snooping.
Syntax
ip dhcp snooping [vlan vlan-list]
no ip dhcp snooping
Default Configuration
DHCP Snooping is globally disabled by default. DHCP Snooping is not
enabled on any VLAN by default.
