Video Transition Menus on the Masterpiece GUI
In the Video Transition menu you can setup the type of transition you want.
Touch one of the Transition Type buttons (the button will turn yellow when selected) at the top
of the menu to set the type of transition you require.
Mix Parameters
V-Fade - this button will perform a V-Fade transition. When the “Take Now” button is pressed,
this option will take the Program source off, Preset source level.
Fade and Take - this button will “Fade” from one source off and then cut the next source
instantly back on to the monitor.
Mix - this performs a “Cross Fade”. When the “Take Next” button is pressed one source will
gradually fade out and at the Grass Valleye time the second source will gradually fade in.
Take and Fade - this button will perform an instant source cut to Off, then gradually fade the
next source back in.
Cut - this button will perform a cut transition from one source immediately to the next.
50.00% - this will fade down to black pause and then fade back up to the next source.
There are 3 default quick select buttons in the “Transition Time” area of the Video Transition
menu.
As can be seen in the above menu, you have 3 options to select, by default “Slow” will take 2
seconds to transition, “Medium” will take 1 second and “Fast is an instantaneous cut.
All three options can be adjusted by touching the rotary control attacher (it will turn red) and
then adjusting the rotary control. As the transition time is adjusted, the selected time attacher
