the receiver’s green and red indicators are still off, replace them. If none of these
remedies corrects the problem, contact Wintriss Tech Support.
3. Block the light curtain. On the receiver, the green indicator should turn off and the red
indicator should light up.
• If the receiver’s green indicator goes off and the red indicator lights up, this is correct.
Go to the next step.
• If the receiver’s green indicator stays on when the curtain is blocked, check the
wiring and repeat this step. If the green indicator still stays on, contact Wintriss Tech
Support.
4. Remove the obstruction from the light curtain. At the receiver, verify that the red
indicator goes off and the green indicator comes on.
Refer also to the troubleshooting information in your light curtain user manual. If you have
any difficulty with this test, contact Wintriss Tech Support.
