2. Use the cursor keys to highlight the Setup Mode status. Press ENTER to change the
status. The three choices are:
DISABLED - Setup mode will never occur
IN INCH - Setup mode occurs when the press is in Inch mode
IN INCH/ - Setup mode occurs when the press is in Inch mode or
INT.STRK Interrupted Stroke mode (Available only with WPC integration)
3. When the status you want appears, press RESET to exit this screen.
TOOL INFORMATION (Optional)
(INITIALIZATION – TOOL INFORMATION)
With this option, you can record information about the same six items for every tool. In
addition, you can enter up to 30 characters of special information about each tool. (See
“Tool information,” chapters 5 and 6.) Follow the steps below to set up the six items.
NOTICE
Tool Information serves only as a convenient place to record information about the tool. It
does not control any aspect of press operation.
Note: This feature is not available if you have the optional PLC interface installed.
1. From the main Initialization menu (Figure 4 - 1), select “Tool information.” You will
see a display similar to the following:

ENTER TO CHANGE. PRESS RESET WHEN DONE.

2. Highlight the name next to number 1. Press ENTER. A screen like this appears:
