(PROGRAM – PRESS CONTROL)
If you have a variable speed press, you can program different speed limits for different tools.
Select "Press Control" from the main Programming menu, Figure 5 - 3. .
ENTER YOUR PASSWORD
USE THE KEYPAD TO ENTER NUMBERS.
USE THE UP/DOWN CURSON KEYS TO
INCREASE/DECREASE. PRESS ENTER
WHEN DONE. PRESS RESET TO CANCEL.

If this display appears, you need to enter the general password to access these settings. Password
access is set under Security Access in Initialization mode. See “Security Access” in
Chapter 4, page 251.

These items enable you to set the top stop angle, counterbalance setpoint and press operating
speeds for this tool. Select the item you want to change, key in the value with the numeric
keys and press ENTER. Press RESET when you are done with this screen.
NOTICE
If you have installed a keylock switch to prevent changes to WPC settings, this screen may
show this notice: “THE PRESS CONTROL EDIT MODE IS LOCKED.” See “Additional
Security,” page 257.
