Error Log
(RUN – ERROR LOG)
As a troubleshooting aid, your SmartPAC 2 keeps an Error Log that you can view in Run
mode. Each time the press is stopped, the log records the error number (which gives the
reason for the stop), the stroke count when the stop occurred, and the crankshaft angle when
the stop occurred. When you stop the press to load a new tool, the error log shows the tool
number. The log retains this information for the 100 most recent errors.
To see the error log, select “Error Log” from the Run menu. The display shows a list of
errors and events, with the most recent error first. Use the cursor keys to scroll through the
list. The complete text for the highlighted error appears at the bottom of the screen.
