Using the WPC Input Status Display
[INITIALIZATION – PRESS CONTROL – INPUT STATUS]
As an aid to installation and troubleshooting, you can read the status of the inputs on the
screen of your SmartPAC. Access this information from Initialization mode by following the
steps below.
NOTICE
The LED indicators inside the housing also show the status of these inputs. See the figures
at the end of Chapter 4.
1. Enter the Initialization mode as described in Chapter 4. The Main Initialization menu
appears.
2. Select “Press Control.” The WPC Initialization menu, next figure, appears.

TO SELECT THE ITEM PRESS PARAMETERS
YOU WISH TO SEE. PRESS OPTIONS
PRESS ENTER TO INPUT STATUS
ACCESS IT. PRESS
RESET WHEN DONE.

3. Select “Input Status.” The WPC Input Status display, Figure 7 - 11, appears. Select the
type of input you want to see.
Press F2 for “Buttons/Switches.” See Figure 7 - 12.
Press F3 for “Estops/Top Stops.” See Figure 7 - 13.
Press F4 for “Interlocks.” See Figure 7 - 14.
