Setting DSV ON Channel Timing
When you want a channel to stay on all the time that the press is running, plus perhaps, a
while longer, use the DSV ON cam timing. The channel will turn on when dual safety valve
(DSV) goes on and the press starts running, and turn off some time after the DSV goes off.
The setting you make is the length of time the cam stays on after the DSV valve goes off.
DSV ON timing is useful for controlling conveyors and other accessories.
1. Select “Program DSV On” in the cam type menu (Figure 5 - 30).
