PROG RUN
You use the Program/Run key switch to change between Run and Program modes. The
switch had a removable key so that access to Program and Run modes can be controlled.
• When you turn the key toward “Run,” SmartPAC goes into Run mode.
• When you turn the switch toward “Prog,” it goes into Program mode.
For more information about SmartPAC 2’s operating modes, see “The Three Operating
Modes,” page188 and chapters 4, 5 and 6.
NOTICE
SmartPAC will change from Run to Program or vice versa only when the display shows the
main menu in the mode you are leaving. If you turn the key and nothing happens, press
RESET repeatedly until you see the new mode appear on the display.
