Automatic Mode
Enable "Automatic Mode" when you wish to use Automatic Single Stroke or Automatic
Continuous. This allows you to automate a press using a feeding device or robot. See
Chapter 2 for installation of Automatic Single Stroke (also known as External Trip),
Chapter 6 for using this feature. Call Wintriss Tech Support for information about using
Continuous on Demand..
1. In the Press Control Option Switch screen, Figure 4 - 33, highlight the item next to
“Automatic Mode.” Press ENTER to toggle from "DISABLED" to "ENABLED."
Remember that if you set it for "Disabled,” the Automatic Single Stroke choice will not
be available in the Mode Select Menu.
2. Use the "down" cursor key to highlight the next selection, "Two Hand Only,” or press
RESET to exit.
Two Hand Only
NOTICE
This selection affects only the SmartPAC 2/WPC controls with Shadow light curtain firmware
installed. One Hand and Foot modes are not available when Shadow firmware is not installed.
1. In the Press Control Option Switch screen, Figure 4 - 33,highlight the item next to “Two
Hand Only.” Press ENTER to toggle from "Disabled" to "Enabled."
• Enable "Two Hand Only" to make WPC a Two Hand Only control. Enabling this
choice means that the other operating modes, One Hand and Foot, are not available.
• Disable "Two Hand Only" to make available the other operating modes, One Hand
and Foot, if they are installed on your press.
2. Press RESET to exit.
