a Reseat the interface cable that is plugged into the SHPF.
b Reset the printer.

Go to step 2. The problem is solved.
Step 2
Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Printer setup > Reset engine service error
Note: Perform this step every time a service error occurs.

Go to step 3. The problem is solved.

Check the HPT door sensor actuator and door hinges for damage, and
replace HPT if necessary
