1 Remove the aligner jam access cover. See “Booklet maker aligner jam access door removal” on page 460.
2 Remove the front cover. See “Booklet maker front cover removal” on page 456.
3 Remove the right cover. See “Booklet maker right cover removal” on page 457.
4 Remove the aligner assembly. See “Booklet maker aligner assembly removal” on page 496.
5 Remove the aligner. See “Booklet maker aligner removal” on page 498.
6 Remove the aligner paper guide, middle. See “Booklet maker aligner middle paper guide removal” on page 499.
7 Remove the three clips (A), and then remove the gear and the two wheels.
8 Remove the two clips (B), and then remove the two gears.
