Alternative Destinations
A call distribution element can be linked with two other call distribution elements for the
routing to alternative destinations:
• One of the call distribution elements is used for the routing to alternative destina-
tions if a call at the original destination is not answered.
• The other call distribution element is used for the routing to alternative destinations
if the original destination is busy.
