Code Maintenance: Code Length

Displays the 6-digit codes.
1. Use the
/ or / keys to display the 6-digit
codes.
2. Press
/ . When you make a change in the Code Length, the
following display appears:

NOTES:
When you change the Code Length parameter, all User Codes are deleted and must be re-
programmed or downloaded.
For a 6-digit Code Length system, 4-digit default codes like 1-2-3-4 (Grand Master), 0-1-2-8 (Installer),
and 0-2-2-8 (Sub-Installer) become 1-2-3-4-0-0, 0-1-2-8-0-0, and 0-2-2-8-0-0, respectively.
If you change the Code Length back to 4 digits, the system codes are restored to the default 4-digit
codes.
