Common command summary
The IEEE Std 488.2 common commands that are supported by the 2600B are summarized in the
following table. Although commands are shown in uppercase, common commands are not case
sensitive, so you can use either uppercase or lowercase. Although these commands are essentially
the same as those defined by the IEEE Std 488.2 standard, the 2600B does not strictly conform to
that standard.
Unlike other commands, like those listed in TSP commands (on page 9-7), each common command
must be sent in a separate message.
The common commands cannot be used in scripts.
