Put the gasket in the groove of the sensor
housing.
(3)
Lubricate the O-Ring with engine oil.
Use only a new O-Ring.

Put the O-Ring in the groove of the sensor
housing.
(5)
Install the sensor housing on the cylinder head.
(6)
Tighten the 2 screws that attach the sensor
housing to the cylinder head.
Torque 12 Nm.
Refer to Fig. 85 - 129.

Apply approved engine oil on the groove at the
inner bearing of the sensor housing.

E4.01.01 and E4P Operation Manual
E4.01.02 for approved engine oils.
When using Loctite, make sure that the thread is free of grease.
Apply a thin film of Loctite.
