The font differs from the
font specified on the
computer.
Cause The font replacement is set on the print driver.
No Action Check the font replacement table.
Cause The font is non-standard for this machine.
Action Check the application or print driver settings.
If the PostScript 3 kit is being used, download the required
font.
The printing is not offset. Cause The machine does not have the offset feature.
No Action For offset output, the Exit Kit or the Finisher must be
attached.
Printing is slow. Cause [Print Quality] is selected for [Print Mode].
No Action When image data, such as a photo, is printed with the
image quality prioritized, the print speed becomes low.
Select [Speed Priority] for [Print Mode].
The print option settings
do not take effect.
Cause The print driver is for another model.
No Action Install the print driver for this model.
Cause The required optional kit is not attached on the machine.
Action Check the options attached on the machine, and set
[Printer] on the print driver again.
There is no edge. Cause The image is larger than the printable area.
Action Expand the printable area, or reduce the document print
area.
