Paper Jams in the Finisher Transport
1 Open the top cover of the finisher
transport.
2 If the jammed paper is under the
top cover, remove it and then
proceed to Step 4.
If the jammed paper is visible at the
right side, proceed to Step 3.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any
torn pieces of paper inside the
machine.
3 Gently remove the paper to the left.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any
torn pieces of paper inside the
machine.
4 Close the top cover of the finisher
transport.
Paper Jams at 2a in the Finisher
1 If a part of the jammed paper is
visible from the exit of the output
tray, gently pull the paper out.
2 Open the front cover of the finisher.
