GPI and Output Setup
In the Eng Config menu, setup the GPI that will receive the EAS alert (as shown below).
When the alert is received, the GPI switch will close enabling the EAS service.
In the “Eng Config - Output Setup” menu, the “Pgm Output” or the designated output has to
have the “EAS Overlay” set to “Yes” (as shown below). This sets the emergency alert to be
displayed on the program and selected outputs.
