Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
SENSOR TESTS > Hole Punch Booklet Finisher > Booklet decurl
b Toggle the sensor.
Does the sensor status change while toggling the sensor?

a Reseat the cable J5 on the booklet maker controller board.
b If applicable, reseat the junction connectors on the cable.
c Make sure that the cable is not in the path of moving parts.
d Check the cable for damage, and replace if necessary.

a Reseat the interface cable on the booklet maker controller board and
SHPF controller board.
b Reseat the junction connector on the cable.
